Our processes

Before project implementation: Identifying basic business needs. We discuss the current situation (AS-IS) with the business and its development tasks (TO-BE). Based on our experience, we ask the right questions. We define possible scenarios for the transition (ROADMAP) from AS-IS to TO-BE. We offer implementation options and technologies. We calculate the approximate costs.
New business, startup
01
RESEARCH
We research product business processes, analyze competitors, and build hypotheses. This is a mandatory step for the correct project implementation. A great number of good insights come at this stage, as well as a lot of frustration. An experienced product manager ensures that processes run in an optimal and quick manner.
02
PROTOTYPING
Developing clickable (interactive) prototypes, building UX design, and prototype testing by the Customer's team.
03
TESTING
Usability testing stage. Testing prototypes on focus groups from the target audience. Feedback from users gives us аn opportunity to upgrade a prototype in several iterations. Working at this stage saves a lot of time and the team's cognitive energy at subsequent stages.
04
DESIGN
Developing comprehensive interactive design layouts that fully imitate a future product on the basis of previously developed prototypes. This stage will be carried out by a team of designers under the guidance of the UI/UX Design Guru - Lead Designer to ensure the best-predictive quality of design layouts.
05
MVP
At this stage, all the development team's strength under the guidance of an experienced project manager, with the participation of the Company’s CTO and experienced team leaders, will be aimed at ensuring timely development through dedicated quality, time, and cost management.
06
RELEASE
As a rule, this is the most exciting project milestone achieved by the whole project team, not in spite of, but due to ... Due to their competence and experience, as well as a super systemic approach to the project implementation.
07
UPDATE
When the first joy of a timely release is over, it is time to start an absolutely necessary stage of further product development based on the results of trial operation and feedback from the first users. This process is iterative and encourages the progressive development of a product and its features needed by users and owners.
08
SUPPORT
During product operation and its iterative further development, our team will be providing 24/7 technical support to ensure the operability of all of its systems.
